Simulation
Description
Numerical simulation of the aircraft dynamics is the single most useful tool in the development of flight control laws for Unmanned Air Vehicles. The
ability to test the avionics in the lab, using an accurate aircraft model can save countless hours of pre-flight preparation and flight testing and it significantly reduces the risk of aircraft loss throughout the flight testing program. Hardware-in-loop simulation is also an excellent tool for UAV operator training.
Unmanned Dynamics has a significant amount of expertise in
Simulation Software Development, including the Aircraft Dynamic Model, a Real-Time Shell, and
a User Interface that allows the operator to set the key parameters of a simulation, to visualize and save the aircraft flight data.
We can provide simulation software solutions for any aeronautical application. For aerospace simulation developers, Unmanned Dynamics is offering the
Aerosim Blockset, which allows rapid development of aerospace vehicle models in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.
